Price Match Policy
Men’s Italian Shoes offers a selective assortment of premium men’s footwear and considers qualifying price-match requests before purchase. Each request is reviewed individually to protect authenticity, condition, service standards, and fair market comparison.
Eligibility
- Established retailer: The competing seller must be reputable, authorized, or otherwise verifiable. Auction sites, marketplaces, resellers, private sellers, and peer-to-peer listings are excluded.
- Identical merchandise: Brand, model, style number, material, color, size, condition, and all relevant specifications must match.
- New and authentic condition: The competing item must be new, authentic, unworn, and offered with comparable original packaging and accessories.
- Immediate availability: The identical item and requested size must be in stock and available for immediate purchase.
- Regular price: Flash sales, clearance, closeout, liquidation, membership pricing, private offers, coupon prices, bundles, pricing errors, and limited-time promotions are excluded.
- Same country: Qualifying retailers must operate in the same country. International price comparisons are excluded.
How to Request a Price Match
Contact customer service before purchase and provide:
- The competing retailer’s name and a direct product URL.
- A clear screenshot showing the current price, size availability, and matching product specifications.
- Your requested size and contact information.
We may verify the seller, item, availability, authenticity indicators, shipping terms, and other relevant details. If approved, we may provide a single-use discount or another written adjustment for the qualifying merchandise.
Additional Terms
- The match applies to merchandise price only, excluding shipping, taxes, duties, tariffs, brokerage, handling, financing terms, and other charges.
- It cannot be combined with another coupon, reward, promotion, discount, or special offer unless expressly approved in writing.
- Approval remains valid only while the competing item and verified price are available.
- After-purchase requests are not guaranteed.
- Men’s Italian Shoes may decline a request when the comparison cannot be verified or the merchandise is not directly comparable.
Approval required: All price-match decisions are made by Men’s Italian Shoes after review of the submitted information.
