- You must notify us within 7 days of confirmed delivery to initiate a refund. After authorization, you have 30 days to return the item to us.
Refund Eligibility
- Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and meet all inspection criteria to qualify for a refund.
Transaction Fees
A 5% credit card transaction fee will be deducted from the final refund amount for all Return-For-Refund transactions.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Optionally, a flat-rate shipping label can be provided for $20, which will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Processing
Inspection may take up to 7 business days after receiving the item. Once approved, please allow another 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
