Product-specific terms and written order confirmations supplement this policy. When a product page states a more specific production estimate or eligibility condition, that term applies to the item.

Notice: If an item is required by a specific date, please contact customer service before ordering. Production estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Artisan schedules, material availability, supplier capacity, quality-control review, customs, holidays, or transportation interruptions may cause delays.

For made-to-order, custom, production, personalized, or special-order items, cancellation or modification requests must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours from the time the order is placed.

After this grace period, cancellation or modification may no longer be available once the order has been confirmed, auto-processed, assigned to an artisan or supplier, had materials reserved, or entered production.

If a later cancellation is approved before the order becomes non-cancellable, a five percent (5%) processing and cancellation fee may apply.

The fee does not apply where prohibited by law or when MensItalianShoes.com cannot fulfill the order within a required or expressly promised timeline.

Full payment is required before production or special fulfillment begins unless MensItalianShoes.com approves different terms in writing. A pending authorization, incomplete payment, or failed verification does not place an item into production.

Custom, made-to-order, personalized, monogrammed, altered, customer-specific, and other production merchandise may be final sale after the applicable cancellation period or once production begins. Any expressly approved return remains subject to authorization, inspection, original-condition requirements, product-specific terms, and the published return and refund policies.

Items identified as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit except where required by law or expressly approved by MensItalianShoes.com.

If an item is incorrect, damaged in transit, or has a confirmed manufacturer defect upon delivery, the customer must contact MensItalianShoes.com within two (2) calendar days. Photographs, packaging, shipping materials, and product documentation may be required before a resolution is approved.

The estimated production or fulfillment period may appear on the product page, invoice, order confirmation, or written customer-service communication. An estimate begins only after payment, verification, measurements, customization selections, and all other required information are complete.

All stated timelines are estimates and may be adjusted because of artisan schedules, material scarcity, supplier delays, quality-control review, import processing, customs, holidays, or transportation conditions. MensItalianShoes.com will communicate material changes when updated information becomes available.

Hand finishing, natural leather grain, exotic-skin scale pattern, patina, color depth, stitching, and other artisan details may vary slightly from photographs or samples. These natural and handcrafted variations are part of the character of the merchandise and are not defects unless MensItalianShoes.com determines otherwise.

Customers must review and confirm size, color, material, personalization, measurements, delivery information, and all other selections before submitting the order. Changes requested after confirmation may not be possible and may require additional fees or production time.

Customers are responsible for responding promptly to verification, measurement, customization, and order-confirmation requests. Production may not begin until all required information has been received and approved.
